Proverbs 31:30 - Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
I think it's good to be beautiful on the inside and not so much on the inside. For the inside its better to be kind, faithful to God, loving, caring, peaceful. Than have the latetest Coach purse or shoes. Also its better to be smart, to fear God, and to be pure. Than to have so much make-up then when you take it off you look like a ghost. I'm thankful that God created me to be me.

Goals For the Future
This year I'd like to get mostly A's, a couple of B's and no C's or lower. I'd also like to learn new topics and to get to know my peers. I still I'm feeling my way around butI have other people who are probably feeling the same way. School (and life) will always be uncomfortable full of ups and downs but no matter what I think or someone else's thinks I will always have Jesus with me through to the very end.

Robot and the future
What I think about the future is that we could make a robot do 2 things, 3 things and so forth. However we may not get there because of problems or getting too ahead of ourselves. I think its very cool how we already have robots that can make coffee (see link), make sushi, play the violin, and play ping pong. Hopefully in the future we will get farther and be able to control them better.

School retreat
2'nd day of school... we're all off to Rock Ridge. The grade 10, 11, 12 got choaches. We (the grade 9's) got the school bus. :-( The bus ride seemed to go on forever... on the way there we started to hear this beeping sound. Our bus driver told us it meant the engine was starting to overheat. We pulled over and to our suprise saw an amazing view. Trees and mountains met our eyes as we climbed out of the bus. A few minutes later the bus driver (Mrs. Champ) told us it was alright to get back into the bus. After our blunder and our bathroom stop we were back on the road. Once we saw the sign " Rock Ridge Canyon 9km" the road began to get bumpy, rocky, and narrow. The thought and feeling of going on that road was frightening, especially on a big school bus. However with just a few bumps we made to the camp. AND WE WERN'T LATE FOR LUNCH!!! After eating lunch the days were was filled with swimming, ziplines, the blob, the banana boat. The high ropes course, hiking, singing, listening to sermon, PRANKING (ahem gr.12s). But all in all it was a fun, packed week. We learned about struggles in our lives and giving them up to God. Now were back to school with TONS of homework. I'm missing Rockridge and summer already!
